Answer: a. Default
@Carla_Cabaceir1
Lead nurture would be c. Engagement Program. Missed the nurture part 🙂
@Carla_Cabaceir1
That's correct @tshewang
c. Engagement Program
Here's a brief explanation of an Engagement program:
Engagement Programs nurture leads over time with a series of automated emails. They are perfect for drip campaigns, where content is sent at intervals to keep leads engaged.
Sample: A series of welcome emails sent to new subscribers over a period of weeks.
Program Structure:
Streams: Different stages or tracks of content (e.g., Welcome Series, Educational Content).
Smart Campaigns: Control the flow of leads through streams based on their behavior.
Emails: The content for each stream.
Reports: Engagement metrics to track lead progression and content effectiveness.
Note: You can also add a "Default program" as a nested program to an Engagement program.
Here are all the assets you can add/use in an Engagement program; some, like the Account Smart list, will appear or not depending on if you have purchased TAM.

Thanks @Carla_Cabaceir1. I didn't even know there was an Account Smart List because we don't have a TAM license.
In the certification exam, will they include questions related to features that only come with add-ons such as TAM?
Hi @tshewang, I don't think so. The question about programs will be more related to each program type and why/when it is adequate to use each one.
TY,
Carla
Question: We have a drip campaign that uses the Default Program with smart campaigns to send multiple emails at irregular cadence, e.g. 1 day, 3 days, 5 days, etc. We prefer sending these emails in the recipients' time zones, but smart campaigns don't have that option. In this case, do you have any workarounds?
Hi @tshewang
You'll have to set the flow steps on the send smart campaign based on the region or country to send it to at a certain time. On the schedule tab, send it to the earliest region; in the attached image, you can see the earliest is APAC.

Hope this helps,

Thank you,
Carla
Hi @Carla_Cabaceir1
Yes, it makes sense. So if I have three time zones, I'd have to add three Send Email flows with Wait Steps for each email in the drip campaign.
Thanks!
Happy Monday everyone,
