We're wishing you all the best as you embark on this learning journey!
Cheers,

@lizmalinowski This is fantastic!
For the areas of improvements, I'll pull together some links/resources in the next few days. Can you clarify exactly what you mean by a better understand of Used By and how to do quality checks? Screenshots of relevant questions will also help.
For the scenario questions, do you mind sharing a few examples? The exam wording can be tricky so don't feel too bad!
And I'm asking about scheduling the exam so stay tuned.
@alysha_khan23 here are some screenshot for my wrong answers! The 1st screen shot was shown under the objective of how to do quality checks. The other 2 were under the objective to identify where a program or asset has been referenced with ‘Used By’ or in reference to global assets.
Here is an example of a more complicated answer that was hard to read the way it was written out.

@alysha_khan23 I love these videos!! I am such a visual learner and actually having an expert walk me through their thought process is invaluable to me. It's also kind of nice to know that I am not the only one who has a hard time with the scenario questions. I wish Adobe would use screen shots the way they do with some of the questions. But as you said, I may just need to spend more time on question that my brain can actually process.
And also its ok to pick on me, it was in a good way 🙂
@lizmalinowski - I have the same issues too. Workspaces and partitions.
@alysha_khan23 - Can you guide us around the same
Thanks,
Suneetha
@alysha_khan23 - Instead of providing links and resources (which are abundant on the internet), would it be possible for you to create a Loom video (I appreciated your previous explanation) or share any other video resources covering the main topics? This would greatly enhance our understanding and make it easier for all of us to grasp the concepts. Please don't hesitate to let me know if this request seems too forward 😊
I gave my exam too - I need to motivate myself to improve
@suneethadadi31 great job!
Happy to send over more Looms or find videos! Everyone's learning style is different so I totally understand the request.
My name is Liz Malinowski. I live in Connecticut and currently work in B2B SaaS for a Healthcare/Gov't tech company. I've been working in Marketing for more than 12 years in various roles, making the transition to Marketing Ops almost 4 years ago. I am so excited to be here and to have been selected for this mentorship program!
Hi,
I was preparing via a practice test and came across this question.
Is a 12-hour duration not adequate when we implement a head start? Is the usage of word worldwide causing complexity in this regard?
What other questions could arise regarding the topic of head start?
Thanks,
Suneetha
Hi Suneetha! If you read the question closely, you'll see that they are asking about Head Start with Recipient Time Zone.
So if you go to the Experience League article you linked and scroll down to the Head Start with Recipient Time Zone section, you'll see that it does take 34 hours.
Hey everyone,
I'm Lisa. I've been with Druva for 2.5 years and have around 8 years of experience with Marketo. I'm really excited to join this program because I feel stuck doing campaigns and want to learn more. Sometimes, it gets overwhelming when people talk about more advanced stuff, and I feel a bit lost. I do want to gain knowledge on how to build a better lifecycle and better know the instance. I'm grateful for this opportunity.
Alysha, I'm super excited to have you as my mentor! I've seen you in a few webinars and can't wait to learn from you.
Fellow Aspirants -
Thank you Alysha!! for the reach out . Looking forward and excited to learn more.
Hi everyone! Excited to get started here!
Before we kick-off, I would love learn more about each of you. Feel free to share some details and then answer the following questions:
Hi Alysha,
How can we send same email to with 2 different subject lines to 2 different database on same date? One obvious solution is to create 2 different campaigns altogether. Do we have any other solution apart from this?
I think using two different email send programs works well since that will allow for much cleaner reporting.
However, if you need both emails to be sent in the same program due to your reporting infrastructure, you can use two smart campaigns in the same program to send the two emails.
In either scenario, I would stagger the sends and make sure you exclude Audience A from Email Send B to prevent someone from accidentally getting both emails.
Hi Alysha,
I have a query regarding Predictive Content. I have created an Email where I used predictive content on 2 Images with different links. Now, my question is if I send out that Email to a list of audience, will the images populate differently for the audience as per their past preferences? Or everyone will receive the same Images with links.
Thanks & Regards,
Yakshi Sharma
Hi @yakshisharma! I'm unfortunately not that familiar with Predictive Content and it's also not part of the Expert exam. I would recommend posting a separate question in Marketing Nation to see if other folks can help you out.
@alysha_khan23 - Thank you for the clarity.
Hi Alysha,
I am still not able to find any link for practice mock test. Kindly help in providing the test link.
@yakshisharma - Alysha already posted them in the thread -
I am also posting the same here again for you -
To take the practice test:
First, log in to the Adobe Credential Management System with your Adobe ID.
Then, go to the Adobe Certification Exam Prep Portal to find your practice test.
