New Features of Dynamic Chat [launched in January 2023]

We are excited to announce some important updates released to Dynamic Chat this month that we think you’ll find useful.

Picklist support in Info-capture card 

In one of our customer meetings, the customer raised a question - "Sreekanth, how do I give my visitor an option to select from 20 choices? For example: Job title".

That's a valid use case and valuable feedback, don't you think?

So, we launched support of picklist in info capture card. Now provide your visitors to choose from multiple choices up to 100 😃.

 

Date & Datetime fields are now supported in Information Capture

Now Infocapture card also supports Date & Datetime fields. Marketo Integration page, select and sync date or datetime type attributes to make them part of Infocapture card in your dialogue. This also shows a calendar and time picker for the visitor to select the date and time they want to input (You can even see the experience in the preview 😃).

      

Get notified by email for every meeting booking

When a visitor books a meeting with you, your calendar is automatically updated with the booked meeting but now get a separate email to get notified about the meeting booked along with necessary details about the visitor

Add tokens to your meeting booking email

Now personalize the email that will be sent to your visitor on meeting booking with lead and company tokens.

 

Update attributes Used by to highlight tokens 

Now that you can use lead and company attributes as tokens even in the email notifications, the attributes usedby list is updated to highlight usage in audience segmentation or as tokens to personalize.
