Advanced solution - requires CSS and jQuery knowledge
Issue: Need to set a popup window in Marketo.
The rich text editor (hyperlink - popup tab) has this feature but gets overrode by most browsers opening in a new tab.
Solution: Use jQuery.

This does work in Marketo landing pages -
- The header content goes in the custom head HTML
- Save a copy of the CSS and popup.js to the images and files section of Marketo
- Update the CSS and .js files to your copies in Marketo
- I used the same input version in the example here, but you could use a link or content instead.
