Named Accounts (or Account Based Marketing) module is sold separately.
If you did purchase this module follow these instructions to create a new Named Account list.
Common issues when uploading a new list:
1. Getting the following error message:
Total number of records exceeded

Root cause: Each account is eligible for up to 10,000 named account records. Contact your account manager to purchased an additional package of records or remove old lists.
2. Getting the following error message:
Your account is not enabled for uploading Named Account Lists. Contact your account manager for more details
Root cause: You didn't purchase the Named Accounts module or your account has misconfigured and this module is disabled - contact support.
