Access Token Is Invalid Error When Attempting to Approve Snippet

Summary

When attempting to approve snippet error Access Token is Invalid appears. Have the customer sign out and sign back in. Seems maybe they got logged out somehow.

Issue

When attempting to approve a snippet you receive  "Access Token Is Invalid" error.

Solution

The error can occur when your internet browser logs you out of Marketo in the background. To resolve, sign back in to Marketo and retry the approval.
