As the Lifecycle Automation Planner, your main responsibility is to lead the strategy and production of marketing automated campaigns for http://www.sensis.com.au
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Work with defined behaviours to lead automation of cross-channel lifecycle campaigns
- Focus on creation of re-usable marketing automation programs, assets and templates
- Develop an audience, behavioural and channel specialism to provide expertise and guidance Produce and present campaign performance reports, demonstrating a clear path to success Integrate multi-variant and continual test methodology across all aspects of campaigns
- Co-ordinate high quality template emails, landing pages and customer experiences
- Manage key stakeholders to educate, influence and support activity i.e. Product, Marketing Operations, Sales, Insights & Analytics
- Ensure coordination and clear communications amongst stakeholders throughout the course of the campaign
We are looking for someone with the following:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication/Sales/Marketing or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills with ability to monitor, identify, segment and analyse trends
- Proven experience in a similar results driven role
- Marketing Automation/CRM experience i.e. Experience with two or more of the following:
- Confident HTML and CSS
- Marketing automation platform (Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua)
- CRM campaigning (Salesforce, Sugar, Dynamics)
- Effective verbal and written communication on all levels and both internally and externally
- Self-motivated, analytical, quick learner, organised, deadline-oriented, multi-tasker
- B2B experience preferable
