We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join the WorkWave Marketing team in Holmdel. NJ.
As the Marketing Operations Manager you will use your passion for marketing technologies to oversee the marketing technology stack and support the development and optimization of marketing campaigns. Tap into your talents using reports and analytics to drill down and measure the performance of marketing efforts, while contributing to the team in an open, collaborative environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Manage marketing technology stack including data flow, permissions, and bugs across systems.
- Interact with a large variety of technologies, data and service vendors.
- Manage email marketing calendar and execution of all email programs.
- Develop, monitor, test, and optimize Marketo programs
- Troubleshoot and QA campaigns, workflows, data issues and other key marketing operations functions
- Track and analyze data relating to campaign metrics to improve and optimize programs Build list segmentation and pre-deployment testing to leverage the marketing database.
- Ensure processes and best practices are in place to maintain the integrity of the CRM data.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- BA or BS degree in marketing, business or related field.
- 2-5+ years of hands-on marketing operations, demand generation execution in marketing automation / operations / analytics.
- Advanced user of Marketo and Salesforce or related systems.
- Understanding of lead management processes and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, presentation.
