MediaMath is seeking a talented and creative email marketer to join our fast-growing team. You'll be expected to develop, execute and track email campaigns to ultimately increase our business' email marketing success. The Email Marketing Associate possesses that rare combination of creativity, writing ability, and strong analytical skills.   This is an exciting opportunity to join an incredible company that is revolutionizing marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Marketing team through the end-to-end execution of email campaigns including writing, set-up, list management, testing, execution and reporting.
• Develop and execute email test plans to optimize performance
• Manage lists to ensure accuracy of targeting and delivery
• Work with the Marketing Operations team to manage database segments to enable accurate targeting and personalization
• Optimize campaigns for delivery, open and response rates.
• Develop, codify and communicate best practices to the entire Marketing team
• Stay current with industry email best practices and incorporate them into MediaMath’s playbook

Qualifications:

• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
• Experience with email marketing or online marketing, including execution, analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with email delivery and/or marketing automation platforms, preferably Marketo
• Excellent writer and communicator
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with HTML/CSS
