Important Update: Job Opportunities will MOVE to Marketo Career Connect effective May 3, 2019

Looking to hire? Marketo Career Connect is designed for companies of all sizes. No matter your business, as a Marketo customer, you can reach a larger audience of potential candidates through your posting on the job board. Through the platform, you can easily add your own screening questions, search and organize applicant resumes by folder, and reach out to applicants for streamlined candidate selection. You can also verify a candidate’s Marketo certification(s) with a single click.

Do you work for a large organization with an existing recruitment platform? Marketo Career Connect can redirect applicants to your website to apply through your established channels. Have you just started a small business? Are you looking to grow? Marketo Career Connect can help you throughout the recruitment process, from start to finish.

Effective May 3, 2019 the current Job Opportunities space on Marketing Nation will be replaced with the Marketo Career Connect​ platform. The career connect platform is currently live and available to use today!

Simply follow these steps to create an employer account and start posting jobs:

  1. Visit Marketo Career Connect and Register as an employer
  2. Fill out the profile creation page. Please note that only one person from your company should do this. You can always add additional users as an admin
  3. Complete your Employer Page by filling out your company’s description and Facts & Figures. You will also be required to upload a logo at this stage.
  4. Marketo will approve accounts within 48 hours of a profile being completed and filled out. Please note that company’s have to be users of Marketo Engage to post jobs on Career Connect.
  5. Once you have received permission to post jobs, you can post jobs from your Career Connect dashboard.
  6. The platform allows you to add job descriptions, set applicant preferences/prerequisites, add screening questions, as well as manage application process either through your own systems or Career Connect.
