The CA partners with operational, marketing, audience management and execution resources to ensure a timely, meaningful and relevant communications experience. The CA manages multiple projects of varying complexity, balancing the demands of the business, a strong controls structure, and a best in class client experience. The CA leverages Marketo, to deliver a personalized experience through marketing automation.
