| Primary Responsibilities- Develop the overall integrated marketing campaign plan to create demand in key customer segments throughout the marketing/sales funnel
- Gather and interpret campaign metrics to demonstrate ROI and drive continuous improvement in campaign performance
- Work with the sales team to ensure that the lead management and qualification process is effective and transparent
- Support field and international marketing teams in their regional activities
- Manage a team of marketers executing lead nurture, social media, and advertising programs
Required Skills and Experience- 10 years experience managing marketing programs in a B2B environment
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation (preferably Marketo) and Salesforce.com
- Demonstrated experience in key functional marketing campaign areas including email marketing, lead nurture, display advertising, and paid search
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to develop buy-in on key initiatives
- Knowledge of web marketing best practices including user experience and site optimization
- Track record of building strong relationships with sales management
- Familiarity with new marketing technologies
Desired Skills and Experience- Experience leading a marketing team
- Understanding of best practices for developing and using personas, messaging briefs, buyer journey maps, and other key marketing concepts
- Experience in cloud and/or SaaS markets
Physical Demands- General office environment. May require long periods sitting and viewing a computer monitor. No special physical demands required.
