Wait Steps & Conditional Skips Within Engagement Program Streams

1) I would love to be able to fire the initial email in a stream immediately upon meeting the entry criteria, rather than having to wait for the cadence timeframe to fire it. 

2) I think it would be great to have the ability to set specific wait steps between emails in a stream, rather than using the cadence.  I know this can be done by calling a program within the stream, but it would be better if we could just drop the wait step in the stream itself.

3) Conditional skips within a stream would also be really helpful. Example: A contact submits a form from email #1, so they can skip to email #3 in the stream.

1) You can do this today.  In the campaign that adds the lead to the engagement program, send the first email.
2) We are considering doing something like this but it won't be exactly how you described.  It's not in the works yet, but in the future.
3) ANother idea we have discussed and hopefully in the future.
