Visibility / reporting on organizations that have blacklisted emails

It's rare, but in a few instances we have discovered that an organization has treated one of the messages that we sent via Marketo as "spam" and has subsequently blocked emails that would be sent in this way. This designation is logged in Marketo at the lead record level, but there doesn't appear to be a quick, convenient way to view any such incidents globally. Such visibility would save significant time in those situations.
