Since Smart List allow you to sort your leads based on set criteria, it would be useful to have the "Added to Smart List" trigger available. Leads who are new to the smart list could be automatically added to the campaigns with this option, meaning they can be acted on without having to continually run batch campaigns. Currently, there is only a "Added to List" (static) trigger-- which limits what you can do with leads in smart lists as opposed to static lists.
