We know it is possible to assign UTM using “Program Tokens”: edit the HTML code within the emails to add tokens (program or database field) coded as UTM parameters and the end of the links. You set program tokens for each of the global UTM parameters for everyone, then use the Marketo personalization tokens for anything else you're passing along. You have to build the string for the clickthru links in the HTML code.
HOWEVER, what we would need is, in the admin>Tag>category section, to be able to set UTM codes for each category, and make sure that, by default, all links added to an e-mail of category XYZ is suffixed with the right UTM code.
