Use Segmentations as a column / filter in reports

Hi - for both Lead Management Analytics and Revenue Cycle Analytics, I'd like to use Segmentations to create columns in my reports.

E.g. Leads by Revenue Stage.  Would like to break this down by my Industry Segmentations

Email Analysis in RCA - would like to see if different Industry segmentations are responding to emails in different ways.

Couldn't you already add a custom column(s) to a "leads-by" report via smart-list = to a part of a segment?

That's doable - but then I'd need to create Smart Lists for all of my segments - which kind of flys in the face of using Segementations in the first place.  What I want is to use the Segementations - or rather the segments inside of my various Segmentations

Seems like cloning the first smart list would cut down on the time required to make the smart lists that you would bring into your report...

Yes - I can do that and I am doing that.  The idea is to use Segmentations as columns - rather than only Smart Lists

What about adding a field for the 1 or 2 segments most important and maybe batch update nightly?  Can we pull this segmentation value into a Lead field with flow actions?  i.e. Lead.MySegment <- MySegment)
