Just a minor thing I've noticed: if you create an Email Program and schedule it with one name, that name stays consistently as the name of the item in the calendar even if you change the name later on. Because the calendar gives a nice overhead view, I went back to change some Email Program names to include our internal job numbering and could not see the changes reflected.
