Two Email Addresses for "Reply To"

We want to include two (2) email addresses in the "Reply To" Field in the Email Template.

We want the Recipient of the email to have ability to Reply, but the Reply goes to a salesperson, and in parallel the Reply goes to a Marketing Staff member. That's our Use Case. Thanks!

This isn't really something that can be implemented from the Marketo side, since the recipient is sending out the email locally.  You should be able to set this up on your mail-server in-house either by a rule to send a CC upon receipt, or by creating aliases for your salespeople which will forward the reply to both the salesperson and a marketing staff member.
