Trigger Campaign Deactivation Maintenance

I really appreciate the service Mkto provides with the deactivation of unused trigger campaigns once a quarter, but there are some we just don't want deactivated. While I know there is the warning, but we have so many. I think it would be awesome if there was a checkbox in the Smart Campaign Settings that would exclude the campaign from being part of the clean-up.

I completely agree, we have a number of campaigns that are tied to low trafficed areas of our website. We need these triggers active incase someone does convert on those pages. I like the idea of having a checkbox to override the deactivation maintenance setting. Or if there was a way for the trigger to go dormant but if the activity was triggered it would like up again on it's own.

I agree. We also have many trigger campaigns and cannot always double-check that trigger is activated before launching program.

BTW I like Richard W 's suggestion to have dormant triggers that can be reactivated.
