system token for month and year

It would be nice to have a system token for just the month and year that I can add on the subject line or the body of the email.  I'm only able to see a system date token, unless there's another way of going about displaying something like November 2014 without displaying Nov 20, 2014.

I'd like to have a system token just for the year. That way we can use it in templates, and when an email is "viewed in browser" it still shows the year.
