Smaller Random Samples

Its not possible to select a random sample smaller than 1%. For really large segments, 1% is already too large of a sample! 

It would be great to be able to do 0.5% without having to do two consecutive random samples.

I second this.  We're using the random sampling function to do lead assignment (Add to new list upon lead creation, reference list in smart campaign using random sampling in flow) and being able to use decimals would make it much easier.
