Just like we can review and see Campaign Members from the summary view of a campaign, it would be effective to see which members were still in the wait step and perhaps with wait step.
I agree. The list should show the time and date each lead entered the wait step and, based on the length of wait that was applied when they entered the wait, when they will exit the step. This last piece of info is the critical one so I can sort the list and understand when my next 'wave' of emails will go out.
I would like to report to the sales team how many leads will be emailed in a given week and have no way of telling. All I see is a massive leads in waiting number and don't know if they're for the this week, next, or which email they're waiting for.
