It would be great if you can 'save' a certain set of commonly used filters, such as set of industries, lead statuses...etc. It would save some time when creating a smart list.
A workaround is to create smart lists with your common filters - especially those that are complex or have constantly changing arguements (e.g. Lead Owner). Then you can use a Member of Smart List filter to quickly build your smart list.
