There could be a method for tracking attendance at each Marketo User Group / MUG meeting. You could be rewarded Rockstar Rewards points for each MUG meeting or event you attend.
There's a badge for attending at least one user group. I've attended many user groups but still don't have the badge so I'm not sure how it's triggered.

I'll do my best to reward these after Summit. This system is going away in May, when we launch our new Community FYI, and the rewards won't migrate. The points will.
