Responsive Design in landing page templates ...

Our website is designed to be responsive but I find the landing page templates through Marketo are not. Does anyone know if this feature is coming, is it an "enhanced" feature, or am I just dreaming?

This is such a critical component given the mobile nature of most audiences.

I hear rumors on Q4, but I am a bit doubtful. It requires some major retooling in the way that Marketo approaches HTML. I see this in the first part of 2014, but I am not an employee, it's just my personal feeling.

Yes, this is a feature that we are researching. I do not have a concrete timeframe except late-Q4/early Q1 of 2014. As an aside, we do support responsive emails through templates that we have published to our program library. This is available to all customers

Yes, very much on the roadmap, but not Q1. I still don't have a good date for this, but think it will be this summer.

Marketo - lift your game!

For everyone else, there is a "work around" if you're interested. You get a developer to create a template that is responsive, and it's a fair bit of work, but then you can go through a process of cloning and creating pages based off these templates and providing you know a reasonable amount of html and java script, you can customise the content to fit your requirements.

It's not easy, and you can't use the marketo preview function either coz the responsiveness is too much for the marketo platform to cope with... But it can be done. Just depends how critical it is for your business. For mine, it was a "must have".
