Resend users/leads/contacts with updated information in SFDC

A beneficial feature would be to be able to resend users with updated information in SFDC without deleting and updating in SFDC side.

Now the connection only let`s you send the first time a lead and after you get an error of 

Failed to update SFDC{INSUFFICIENT_ACCESS_OR_READONLY: insufficient access rights on object id}

I think this might be a permissions issue, because Marketo persons SHOULD be able to update SFDC lead/contact records any time there's a change in Marketo. Have you talked to support about this?
