Required Fields for List Uploads

It would be very helpful if you could set certain fields (email address, country, etc...) to be required for all list uploads. As we are adding additional users I am concerned with bad data getting into the system. We are currently using list upload templates and proper trainging, but there are always going to be some mistakes that happen. Required fields would help to prevent this.

I believe that Marketo does require an email address to create a record from a list upload.  However, it would be very useful to have certain controls to require other fields, such as country for lead routing.
