Reporting Feature - Send weekly Alert to specific member of sales team with a list of their leads

I'd love to be able to send a weekly alert to each member of our sales team with a list of their leads who have opened an email, clicked in an email, or filled out a form. The report would include:

lead email address
salesforce ID
action (clicked email, opened email, filled out form).

Any suggestions? According to Marketo support it's not really possible so I've settled with a report  that goes to each region listing any lead who has done any of the three actions.

I think that's a great idea. I would like to use that same type of functionality to be able to review a lead's history and understand how many touches it takes to get them to an opportunity.

It's almost like a summary of interesting moments.
