Report Subscription End Date or Run & Send Now Only

I would like the ability to run a report once and send it as an email to someone but not have to set a recurring subscription.  For example, I would like to send a specific email performance report the day after sending a big email to a large group of people (newsletter, new feature announcement etc.)  In order to send a copy of the report I have to select a subscription timeframe.  

This could be accomplished either with a Send Now option OR with the ability to set up an end date for the subscription.  
Send report daily until XXX.

I've been able to do this just by cloning on the email performance report, and then changing the setup to track just a particular email. Add a new subscription, and then just click on the email Icon where you see Send and it will send to you.  If you want to send it to other people you'd have to change it to include other people's emails. It works for me.
