Reorder Custom Object Fields on Layout

Can you please add the ability to rearrange the fields on the layout when viewing custom object records?

The fields are perhaps arranged according to the order in which they were created, but there are logical groupings that we want to create to make it easier when viewing the records. As it stands, we have date fields that are all over the place, in an order that is not helpful.
