At present, the case management is accessible via HTTP as well as HTTPS. In order to ensure a secured information flow, HTTPS is the preferred protocol as it is using SSL/TLS encryption.
My idea is to implement a redirect from http://community.marketo.com/MarketoSupportHome to https://community.marketo.com/MarketoSupportHome
This will avoid users from inadvertently submit confidential data to Marketo via the unencrypted/unsecure transport protocol.
