"send to a friend" as part of social buttons

Similar to the foward to a friend, but part of social buttons.

This would just add another button to the social buttons. When one would click it, it would generate a tracked URL and pop the email tool on the laptop (using a mailto href). That URL would be unique, so we would know later when someone clicks it where he/she does come from.

Alternatively a popup similar to the current system.fowardtoafriend token would be great.

I just spent a few hours custome creating my own. Would LOVE to plug and play.
