"List Import" process - set up mandatory fields

Hi team,
would be great if we could be able to set up mandatory/required fields, in the Admin area for example, for a List Import to be successfully executed. These rules will detect whether the csv file we load have them in the first row and if not, the list could not be loaded, until all of the mandatory fields are present.

This would be ideal especially if you could indicate what type of list you're uploading on the list import window. For example, if uploading a list from a webinar require viewing duration, etc.
