"Add Choice" to bottom instead of top

When adding a choice in a flow step, I hate having to re-order everything. I typically start with what I want first and then go to last and I'm sure many other users do as well. How about the "Add Choice" defaulting to the bottom of the list instead of the top?

In fact, the more I think about it, the more I feel the current behavior is a real time waster.
