Provide a notification when I hit a certain quantity or percentage (%) of my API call limit for the day

Currently, the only notification we receive regarding API calls is once we’ve already hit our limit. In our use case for Marketo, our clients and customers have paid to receive the editorial email newsletters being sent via Marketo. When we hit our API limit, the emails do not send (as they are constructed automatically outside of Marketo and sent via a series of API calls. Queuing them up for the next day is not a viable option. While we typically stay far below our API call limit, we’ve managed to hit it twice in the first 12 months, and the process to get a temporary API call limit increase is painfully slow and requires my CSM to be at her computer/not traveling, which isn’t always the case. A warning system for every 50K calls I make, or that I have used X% of my calls for the day would be immensely helpful in our ability to get ahead of the temporary increase (which is rare), or prepare for hitting the limit later in the day. Further, I imagine it will help other customers become more aware of the possibility of hitting their limit; if a customer of Marketo knew, for example, they hit 90% of their 50K calls on a regular basis, they may think to increase it to 100K more permanently.
