Progressive Profiling - Fields aren't allowed below the box

We are creating a form and would like a "Checkbox" request a demo field to show as the last question. The only issue is that if we use progressive profiling, we aren't able to move this field to the bottom. When you try to add it underneath, it will either add it to the PP box or it wont display.

It would be nice if you could move fields below the progressive profiling box so you wont have a Checkbox field in the middle of your form especially if you want it to always show.

Is there a reason why you don't just have one form for "request a demo?  Then the form would act as the trigger for requesting a demo to your sales team.  I typically have progressive profiling enabled on my "standard" form that is used for asset downloads.  Then for requests for demo, I want specific information such as email, company, phone, and location in order to properly rourte the request to the correct rep.

We ran into this issue today.  We were testing a use case where we would have liked First Name and Last Name to be progressive but Email Address not to be.  However, for a non-cookied user, we would want to show the following in the correct order: 1. First Name; 2. Last Name; 3. Email Address.  For a cookied user, we would want to show just Email Address.

Please enable the ability to make fields progressive without restricting them to a serial order (non-progressive | progressive).

I'm having the same issue.  Looks weird having the optin checkbox field above the progressive profile fields....but it's contingent on what they indicate their country to be.  It would be nice to have that optin checkbox field under the progressive profile fields but it won't let me put it there.

Curious if anyone has found a workaround for this?  I would say forms 1.0, but I don't believe we have that ability to switch back to forms 1.0 anymore.  Would that be correct?
