Currently any form can be deleted, no matter if it is used on landing pages, or in smart campaigns. Prevent this from being a possibility.

If you try to delete a form in use in a landing page, here is the error message you get:
If you try to do the same when the form is used only in a smart campaign, there is not error message, so +10, but you should probably amend the idea.
If you use the form embedded on your web site, there is no control but there cannot be.
