I am a fan of the "My Rewards" program as part of the Marketo Community. I think in order to take it to "11" that there should be some swag associated with major achievements. I know there are badges and the champions but I want something to show my wife 🙂
In all seriousness, this is where I do the bulk of my learning and I want more people involved. It worked in elementary school when they needed me to sell candy bars and I figured it could work here too.
