UniversalID is amazing though it is quite frustrating to not being able to log a support ticket because of being logged into a sandbox instance that does not have the rights.
When this happens the user is left with no other solution than going back to Marketo and change instance before going back to community (though I often experience that I need a full log-out / log-in for this to work)
This would easily be solved by having UniversalID baked in nation.marketo as well.
