MSI Email Signature Populated by SF User Data

MSI Email Signature Populated by SF User Data

Would like a way to be able to pull a Salesforce User's information into a signature snippet or tokens when sending an MSI email through Salesforce.  There are several times when the lead owner and the sender are different, so we are unable to use tokens here - not to mention we want to be able to pull in User Name, Title, and Phone Number for followup and to craft a dynamic signature.

This is a standard function with Eloqua's Sales Engage tool that ensures all email signatures and Sent-From /Reply-To information is consistant.

Tiff, unfortuantely there is no way to do that short of setting up a complex customization.

My team is currently exploring doing that with Marketo Consulting.

But I agree with you -- this needs to be standard Marketo Sales Insight functionality.

Let me know if your team makes any progress!

We're currently trying to find workarounds, but they all look to be manual steps on the salesperson's side which makes MSI adoption more difficult for us.

The only work around is to create seperate copies of mailers for each rep...

...Which if you have more than 2 reps becomes unscalable very quickly.

Couldn't the reps copy/paste their signature block into each email?

Yes, they could. But in my experience most sales people resist having to do things like that.

Yeah I'm not looking forward to the copy/paste method and enforcing it... but it sure beats having 1000s of peronalized templates!!
