When a flow step is conditionally set to do nothing, the Activity for that lead says:
Skipped 'Do Nothing' was set for this choice
If one clicks on the details for that activity, one gets a code number for the Step ID.
It certainly would be helpful if there were more information than that. Even if it is just the step number in the flow. Something to help us see what specifically was skipped. Bonus would be tell us why it was skipped.
