If would be convenient if, when you update a template slightly for some reason, that you can easily approve all live emails and landing pages using that template vs. having to ignore it or go manually through a long list.
You can do this with landing pages already. For emails, you can see the list of emails that each template is used for and each email is a hyperlink. All of this can be viewed in the Design Studio.
Simply click on Emails in Design Studio. If you've altered the template those emails should now have a draft created (don't worry they are still live from before).
I usually order by Approved Status or Template to see what is in draft and the date it changed.
You can then select all the ones you want and publish in one go.
It would be great though to combine ordering. You can either filter on template or approval right now. So you still need to select each individual emails by hand. If both filters could be combined you could just use SHIFT to select them all at once.
I literally have 53 emails that leverage one template. I had to update our footer and now have to select each email one by one and approve it. Not only is this a complete time suck, it is completely inefficient. Please, please, please enable a mass approve function!!!
Christina, if your emails are all within the same workspace, you can "mass-approve" the emails that are affected by this change. Per Jeff and Colin's suggestions, simply click on the "Emails" folder in Design Studio and you'll see every email contained within your workspace. Sort by "Template" and you can then multi-select every email based on that template. Click on "Email Actions" (or right-click) and select "Approve".
And like I mentioned earlier in this thread, this also does not work for emails and landing pages contained in other workspaces that use a shared template in the default workspace.
