Marketo User Login Reports

Marketo User Login Reports

Previously, in Eloqua, we were able to see user login reports.  It showed you hours they log per week/month in Marketo.  This report helped a few ways:

1) Allowed me to remove inactive sales/exec accounts
2) Easily identify power users
3) Quiet complainers/problem users who spend very little time in product

I'm sure there are other use-cases we could find, but it would be nice to see this feature added.

This would be a great feature!  Especially with over 50 accounts like we have.

Support can send you a report containing date/time of each user login, but I don't believe this includes duration of login.

I agree that Marketo should allow admins access to this data so we don't have to bother Support for a request as silly as exporting data.

Marketo Support has very little insight into user logs/activity.  Just the other month, I noticed that an entire folder of active programs was accidentally moved to the Archive folder.  Marketo could not tell me which user did this - or if this was a glitch in Marketo.

A Premier Customer of mine was also asking for this functionality so that he could get an idea of what user's had access to Marketo and what role they had.  Similar to what can be exported from the Admin\Users UI, but have it available as a subsricption.

I hope this will be looked into soon. We cannot force other departments that use Marketo to track their time working on campaigns. A login session timeline would give us an estimate of the effort put into some of the campaigns.
