We use the shared IP addresses and just discovered that our email alerts also use those shared IP addresses. When one of those IPs gets blacklisted, our sales reps are not receiving the critical timely notifications they need to follow up with leads. If Marketo alerts don't work 100% of the time, how can we trust them?
We should be able to use shared IPs for our outbound emails and Marketo should use a clean dedicated IP address for incoming alerts.
