Make Static List memberships available on the contact record

When researching issues related to duplicate records or deliverability I'm often confronted with the need to get an understanding of which static lists or campaigns this lead is a member.

I was thinking it'd be great if a tab or two could be added to the lead detail screen (the one that currently reads Lead Info, Company Info, Opportunity Info, SFDC Lead Field, SFDC Custom Fields, Activity Log) that would detail these memberships.

It's not quite as direct, but you can also create a custom filter in the Activity Log which only includes the "Add to List" activity:
