Logging Activity in Salesforce

Within Salesforce tasks we have a drop down called catagory - is there a reason when i am making the trigger "Activity Logged" which is the completion of a specific Salesforce Task i can't have the additional task fields i have in Salesforce be a constraint?

I.e.
Lead Score increased by +5 for an inbound phone call
Lead Score increased by +10 for an on-site meeting

The "inbound call" and "on-site" meeting are specific fields that are part of the drop down for catagory. Unlike using subject the sales person could put "talked to john about forms" and if i am using the constraint "Subject - Inbound call" the contact wouldn't get the score points because the subject doesn't contain Inbound Call.

Is there any way marketo can fully integrate with Salesforce tasks so we have all of the same options in salesforce as we do in Marketo?
