Each user can create their own view of fields within a list. However there are cases that someone within the team has build a view of the fields, and someone else has been asked to pick up their work and then has to create the view of the fields again.
I think it might be nice to enable to an individual and an option to share a view of fields in a particular order. Therefore reducing duplication.
