Lead Action drop-down menu within program MEMBERS tab

In the lead database you have the ability to do a lot of great things via the LEAD ACTION menu. I frequently find myself WANTING this menu to be available within my program>members tab. Currently, I have to go into the lead database and find those same people, and that's extra steps.
