I love the new feature that allows us to subscribe to smart lists! It is absolutely necessary for my company to have this feature.

However, it would be ideal if subscribers could be emailed in real-time as new leads come into the smart list. The majority of our smart lists are formed when users submit a form, and we like to be notified of this. Of course, with the current feature the smart list subscription emails can only be sent on a daily basis at most.

Hi Analisa,

Try sending the alert to some other email address, maybe a gmail address.  It's possible your corporate servers are blocking it for some reason.  If you're still not getting it to an external address, then the next step would be to open a case with support.
